Ina Kirilova

I have been working on a small tour for Mexico. It is really interesting how no matter how much I repeat one and the same thing, it seems like the information does not go through. It somehow gets lost on the way… I have already tried to be very nice, to send reminders, to be very polite with my questions, to send mean emails and to basically guilt-trip everybody… So far I have just been reassured that everything will be fine in the end, but I really feel like I am not taken seriously. Oh, and our partners rarely answer their phones. Hmm? Any advice?
